All indigo rugs are handmade with the professional care and to the highest quality.
To ensure your rugs lasts follow the below steps to extend the longevity and continued quality of your product.
1. Scoop up solid & avoid any spills.
2. Clean spills immediately. Never rub a spill instead blot any liquids with a dry absorbent white cloth or white paper towel/ use cold air fan to dry the surface.
3. Do not rub or scrub rugs as it can cause permanent pile disruption.
4. Light Vacuum regularly.
5. Ensure you never apply detergent to carpet.
6. Seek professional advice. Do not machine wash.
7. Get your rugs professionally dry cleaned.
8. Rugs rotation is recommended.
9. SHEDDING: Often new rugs to begin produce fluff as a result of loose fibers that remain in the rugs after the manufacturing process. Vcauum regularly and this will reduce over time.
10. BRAIDED RUGS: Occasionally loose yarn ends will rise above the pile surface this is characteristic of this particular weave. Strands can be safely trimmed to the surface when this occurs with a pair of sharp scissors.

RUGS WARRANTY-
INDIGO rugs are handmade and therefore are unable to have an unconditional warranty. The company Indigo Imports will replace or repair a rug that has a structural defect with in 12 months of purchasing with the proof of purchase, provided the rug was used for normal domestic use and maintained in accordance with our care instructions.
Indigo Imports reserves the right to fix any defect before a replacement is deemed appropriate.
A replacement of the same rug will be give if that product is still available, otherwise a new product to the same value will be offered.
Any Improper or negligent use will void this warranty.
